Source controlQuestions about Effigate reporting and analytics
Effigate ships with 9 built-in report types: Executive Summary, Project Financial, Sprint Execution, Member Utilisation, Revenue Realisation, Client Profitability, Estimated vs Tracked, Internal Cost, and Expense Analytics. Each report is fed from live operational data — delivery records, time logs, contracts, and invoices — so there is no nightly batch import or manual data refresh required. All reports are available from day one without configuration.
Yes. Every report in Effigate supports advanced filtering across multiple dimensions simultaneously: project, client, sprint, date range, team member, contract, and job type. Filters are applied server-side against live data, so the results always reflect the current operational state. You can narrow a utilisation report to a single team member over a specific sprint, or a financial report to a specific client across all their contracts — the filter combinations are fully flexible.
Effigate runs report exports as asynchronous background jobs. When you request an export, the platform queues the generation task and notifies you when the file is ready to download. This means large multi-project or multi-year exports do not freeze the browser or time out mid-generation. The formatted file is delivered to the download queue, and a notification is triggered via your configured channels (email, Slack, Teams) when it is ready.
Member utilisation in Effigate is calculated by comparing logged hours to planned capacity across all projects and tickets for each team member within the selected date range. The platform surfaces individual and team-level utilisation rates, highlights idle capacity, and flags over-allocation risk where logged and committed hours exceed the member's configured workday availability. Capacity baselines are drawn from the Workday & Availability settings, so rates are always calculated against the correct working hours for each individual.
Yes. The Executive Summary report in Effigate can be enriched with AI-narrated sprint summaries from Dhyey, the built-in AI assistant. Dhyey analyses delivery data, sprint outcomes, and financial performance and generates a natural-language narrative alongside the quantitative KPIs. AI-generated content is clearly labelled in the report. The feature is opt-in per tenant and requires AI features to be enabled in tenant settings.
