Yes. Effigate is purpose-built to unify agile project delivery (epics, stories, sprints, poker planning, workloads) and SLA-governed helpdesk (ticket management, L1–L3 support tiers, breach alerts, escalation rules) in a single tenant-isolated application.

The billing engine supports Fixed Price, Hourly, Bucket-Based, and Scope-Based contract types. Rate cards are frozen at contract activation, time logs are locked after a configurable period, and invoices are generated from those records. SLA penalties are calculated automatically and included as line items.

Yes. The client portal gives clients a dedicated view of their projects, invoices, and tickets. Internal notes, rate card details, and SLA calculation logic are never exposed to clients. Each content item carries a Client Visible or Internal Only visibility flag enforced server-side.

Yes. Dhyey, the built-in AI assistant, can generate tasks from descriptions, decompose user stories into subtasks, plan sprints, identify blockers, and summarise sprint outcomes. AI calls are tenant-scoped and respect all data isolation and permission rules. Provider credentials (OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama) are configured per tenant.

Effigate includes nine built-in report types: Executive Summary, Project Financial, Estimated vs Tracked, Member Utilisation, Revenue Realisation, Client Profitability, Sprint Execution, Internal Cost, and Expense Analytics. Reports can be exported as CSV or XLS and accessed via the REST API.
